今回の商品リニューアルで、特にお勧めしたいのがキッズスパゲッティです！
地域の３世代レストランでありたい、とするグリルとぽですから、当然にお子様メニューについても注力しております。
今回、お伝えしたかったのは、キッズスパゲッティ。しかもメインのパスタではなくて、サブメインのエビフライをお勧めしたいのです。
数多くのメニューを展開するレストランでは、すべて手作りのみというわけにはなかなかいきません。安全と美味しさを吟味しながら、いろいろな半製品や加工品を取り入れていきます。これまでのキッズスパゲッティに添えられていたエビフライも完成度の高いものだったのですが、やはりえびの身とコロモのところで判断すると、手作りのものには遠く及びませんでした。
一方、ちゃんとしたエビフライを作りたい、ということで、メインメニューのエビフライも手作りのものに変更しようと考え、試作を続けました。新しいエビフライは、えびの身こそ刺身用というわけにはいきませんが、十分なサイズ感、そして何よりブライニングからコロモづけまですべて店内作業、100%手作りにこだわった商品です。メインメニューのリニューアルでしたので、お子様メニューのエビフライは別立てで考えていたのですが、食育の見地からコスト度外視でキッズスパゲッティにも添えることを決めました。気がついておられる方も多いかもしれませんが、価格からいったらありえない商品がキッズスパゲッティなのです。
もしお子様がエビフライ好きならば、特にお勧めしたいのがキッズスパゲッティです。本物のエビフライの味をしっかりと覚えておいていただきたい、そんな思いの詰まった一品なのです。
’Grll Topo’ a three-generation restaurant in the area, we focus on providing a variety of menus, including those for children. This time, we wanted to introduce the Kids Spaghetti. Moreover, I recommend shrimp fry as a sub-main dish, not the main pasta.
In a restaurant that offers a wide range of menus, it’s difficult to make everything from scratch. While ensuring safety and taste, we incorporate various semi-finished and processed products. Although the shrimp fry served with the Kids Spaghetti so far has been of high quality, it still doesn’t match homemade ones when judged by the shrimp meat and breading.
On the other hand, aiming to make proper shrimp fry, we decided to change the main menu’s shrimp fry to homemade ones and continued trial productions. The new shrimp fry may not use sashimi-grade shrimp meat, but it is a product made entirely in-house, from sizing to breading. It was a renewal of the main menu, so we had been considering the Kids Spaghetti’s shrimp fry separately. However, from an educational perspective on food, we decided to include the homemade shrimp fry with the Kids Spaghetti, regardless of the cost. As you may have noticed from the pricing, the Kids Spaghetti is an extraordinary offering.
If your child enjoys shrimp fry, I highly recommend the Kids Spaghetti. It is a dish filled with the desire for them to remember the taste of authentic shrimp fry."
